registration of flat in amnesty scheme 2008 in mumbai. If "A" (Husband)is the owner of flat in mumbai & died with a nomination "B"(wife), (Stamp duty is paid in the name of "A" in amnesty scheme 2008) as the society did not complete the nomination process,but due to health problems she "B" cannot go to registration office & register her flat docs. Also it is one sided registration so can she now give power of attorney to her son to register on her behalf & what r the docs required for the same.

As B is just a buyer so she can be represented through her reristered POA her son while execution and registration of sale deed.

Pay requisite fee to sub-registrar to visit your place and register deed.

Even, if you give poa, it shall be registered also. So for that purpose you have to visit sub-registrar office or other method as mentioned in first para of reply.
