Please can anyone tell me whether under E commerce business the company has to obtain any licenses? if yes, what and how many?
Please its very urgent.

FIRST PREPARE A PARTNERSHIP DEED GET THE FIRM REGISTERED WITH REGISTRAR THEN COME BACK FOR FURTHER ADVISE.

1. according to the link it says that esic will be applicable only in case 20 employees are at present in establishment, but as per information by the esic officer, he says that if number exceeds 10 the same has to enroll for esic. please clarify.
2. How to apply for shops and establishment? 3. registration with company registrar has been done, trade mark certificate obtained and other formalities vat/tin/din etc obtained. sales tax certificate obtained what else is pending?
kindly guide
