Dear Sir
A power of attorney is effective till the executor of it is alive.
A property is sold through irrevocable power of attorney for consideration. It has been duly registered in the office of sub registerar office and full stamp duty on the value of the property has been paid. The said POA contains a specific averment that it is irrevocable and that the executor has received the consideration in full.
Now, pl. let me know what will be the position if the executor of the said irrevocable POA died and how it will be effective after the death of its executor.
If it will be effective after death of its executor, how? and what is the legal basis for it.

Nothing can be done now. Keeping in view such practical problems, Hon'ble Supreme Court in a recent judgment has held that no transfer of immovable property now onwards shall take place on the basis of POA.
