Dear Sirs

Iam one-fourth share holder in a joint property in "village Panehra near Ballabgarh (Faridabad-Haryana)". Iam in possession of my land and want to get the property in my name along with the demarcation, so that I can freely sell it. Please let me know the process for the same. Regards

you said you are possession of the share of property, then with the help of parents document and details you can registered on your name, better ,ask your other two of your brother or sister to witness for the same.

File an application for partition with Tehsildar Ballabhgarh with the help of a lawyer by providing him Jamabandi and Fard Girdawri. He shall initiate all further legal process. In this way, you shall be provided a separate Khewat no. having no connection with any person but if you want to get the partition only for making sale then there is no use to adopt this lengthy procedure as being a co-sharer, you can sell your share even without having any partition of joint land.
