For the word licence read section 523 of the Indian Easement Act, 1882 also read Section 24 of the Maharashtra Rent Control Act, 1999..for lease read section 105 of the Transfer of Property Act, and all rent Acts of various states.

You being an advocate, there is no harm in seeking clarification or appropriate help from your dvocate brethren.
