Release deed query

Hi,

We have paid the all loan dues to the bank for housing, now I wish to know the procedure to get the title clear of the property.
To make a release deed for the same how much revenue do I have to pay, where should I approach to do the same ?

bank will issue a no due certificate and return all the original documents of the property . you dont need a release deed
