Privacey of identity and address in courts

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 28 November 2011 This query is : Resolved
Mr. A has some disputes of serious nature with Mr. B. To avoid trouble and live peacefully Mr. A leaves the city and starts living in some other far away city so that Mr. B does not know his address or whereabouts.

Now Mr. A wants to approach High Court or Supreme Court as party in person for some other writ matter.

Is there any way Mr. A can protect his name and address? Or instead provide his email only for contact by the court? Or any way to ensure that the judgement does not reflect his name, address etc. on court documents, website and legal publications?

Answer: no.

in judgements,only name is mentioned.

In judgements, only name is mentioned. But in that Mr. B can visit that court and bribe the court clerk and get the address.

What is the offence created if Mr. A gives some bogus name, address but actual email for contact by court?

There are many permutation combination, because your query is purely imaginary.

If your case is real, we will be in a position to get more info and give a right solution.

One of the solution:-
A can give a temporary address for the purpose of filing the case. That address should receive any tapals, if any from the court or party, that's all.

@tom.advocate the problem has been explained in my query i.e. some way to secure the the real address of petitioner. Rather than getting agitated needlessly, if you re read the query again it may become more clear to you. Any ways now forget it, Advocate Arunagiri was able to grasp the problem and has provided a very good answer/ alternative.

@Advocate Arunagiri Query is not imaginary. Anyways Thank you Advocate Arunagiri. You have given a meaningful solution. My query is resolved.
