324, 506 34 ipc

Dear sir

one person wrongly implicted me and wife in a fight of two persons in which we were not involved. we went into a compromise and got an sworn affidavit from him that he was injured by some un identified people and me and my wife and the third accused had no fight with the complainent and nor do we caused any injuries. WE surrendered before the court and got bail. NOw the IO says that the case can also be converted to 307, what should be do about it kindly explain us the legal possibilites and how to go about it ?

The IO is scaring you, nothing beyond it.

As long as the complainant is not against you, IO can't do much.

Sleep well and don't fret much.

iknow that but io says that a case summary comes after one month and the complainent has 11 stiches on abdomen and the size of wound is about 4.5"x 2 inch can this lead to case 307 and can this wound be considered as lafe threat ??
