CAn Anyone answer me, U/S-125 of Cr.P.C. how a widow claim for her maintenance having 6yr old girl child. I heard somewhere(Mumbay high court), that there is a judgement on support of this similar fact if anyone have the knowledge about this kindly leave a post or message me...

Widow can claim under HAMA and not under CrPC 125

I know but somebody from this site suggested my client about this so i also need the answer.
HAMA SEC.19 of 1956 is d right answer.

THE WIDOW CAN GET MAINTENANCE AS HINDU ADOPTION AND MAINTENANCE ACT AND NOT UNDER SEC.125 CR.P.C
