hi,
my cousin have a problem that he has marriaged by arya samaj mandir 2 years ago but he and his wife hiding this marriage from their family and living both person their own home now problem has arised this girls is denying this marriage she says that marriage was not soleminezed with my consent. both party parents hos no knowledge about that matter now he need a advice what should he do

arya samj mandir issues a certificate of marriage .

you must be having certificate .

disclose the facts to your parents .

was the marriage consummated?

if your wife does not want to stay married take divorce by mutual consent

ajay sethi ji if her family will not be agree after what happen if she blame by raise any type of issue like marriaged done by force him and both witness because she says and threat him and both witness we have fear if she would raise this issue in the court. let me clear this situtation

yaar you are married for 2 years now . marriage is legal .

if her family does not agree then divorce by mutual consent is in interest of both parties
