Housing society clubhouse.

Dear Sir,
1.Our Housing society charges, a additional fees of Rs.600/- per month for maintaining the clubhouse ,in the society premises.
Is it mandatory for the society memebers to pay these charges,and can -the society force a member to pay these charges .
2. can the society also disallow a member for
hiring a personal trainer,in the club house,if the member desires so .

In order to ascertain rightness or foul it is necessary for you to go with by laws of the society.

since club house is society property the cost of maintaning club house has to be borne by members . the club house must be having a gymnaisum , swimming pool , trainers etc . if members dont pay society wont be able to maintain them .
resolution must have been passed in AGM regarding miantenance charges to be paid by members for club house . it is binding upon members .

A society is made for the common cause and welfare of its members, so the members are also required to contribute equally for the services being maintained for their benefit. Just think, if the club house, which can be used by the members, is not maintained properly by the society, that can become a garbage dump and breeding house of the flies, mosquitos, cockroaches, spiders and other dangerous bacteria, if not maintained for want of funds on denial by members to be paid for the purpose.
