sir i have appeared in Combined Graduate level Tier -II,while taking exam at my vanue 100 in nos question papers were short hence our exam commenced 1and half hour late while all other students of the same vanue given their exam at correct time for the entire period we were in dilemma that our exam will be taken or not. when the paper came we gave the exam but, in the panic situation i forgot to code the correct test form no in OMR sheet due to which my OMR sheet was not evaluated. it is not the denial of right to equal opportunity that all the student of the same venue is started giving their exam but we 100 candidates not allotted papers. I have raised the problem to SSC several times but no body is listening, so can i put RTI that why the ssc is not evaluating my OMR sheet with correct TEST form code now to give me equal opportunity. as the panic situation created by them under which i had under-performed and forgot to code the test form number.

You may file RTI but they will not give reason for refusal.

The first thing one is required to do is to mark the Test Form Code. In the absence of the same it would not be possible for any one to say / confirm as to which questions your answers pertain.
Even if you ask any information by RTI, at best you can get a copy of your answer sheet.
You can also ask whether your answer sheet was evaluated?
If not the reasons therefor.
More than this you cannot get any help through RTI. As you yourself know the answer that your answer sheet might not have been evaluated since you did not fill up the Test Form Code, I do not think that you are going to get any information which you already do not.
Yes, once there is confirmation that your answer sheet had not been evaluated for whatsoever reason, that document may prove a basis, in case you want to move further.

did 100 students including protested the matter in writing just on the date of exam???

No the 100 student protested for the action but not in written. Is it not possible that they will evaluate the OMR sheet in compassion of the creation of panic situation by them.

why the SSC cant be held responsible for creation such a panic situation for their mismanagement. It is not wrong that they will start the exam in the same venue keeping 100 students awaiting. when they do not permit to enter in exam hall after 5 minutes of starting the exam then how can they conduct the exam in the same venue after 1 and half hour. I have applied through RTI stating all these matters will it work. In due course if required the signatures of certain number of candidates can be collected about the event.

you are correct.If were to hold them responsible i would passed an order without any delay just after your post.It is not the question that i believe your facts,the question is in case of a dispute they are not going to admit all that you say happened there with100 students,then how to prove it is a question.
And more over your omission is admitted by you and even you deny is self evident as proved.

sir, thanks for your kind suggestion to you all. I just want that my answer sheet should be evaluated at any cost. As they are solely responsible for providing equal and examination like environment at the venue, if they will commit similar mistakes every time and the sufferers will be only punished then it is unfair.i had applied for their reply under RTI act let us see their reply in due course.
