Dear Sir,
I am a non - legal person, however I am interested and keen to represent my own case and as I feel that as a person with pain, I should be in a position to represent my case better (I have all due respects for the learned lawyers)
Can you please inform me the procedure of how should I go about to represent my case myself as Pro Se in the Principle Judge District Court
Shall appreciate and thank you for your quick response

You can represent your case yourself. You can argue and conduct the case. Before that study the case paper very well and go with the case.

Dear Sir,
I thank you for the swift response.
i filed the proof affidavit on grounds of cruelty, desertion and adultery, inspite of the esstopel (she did provide wrong name and information on hospital records), and due to this I have contested the child born in 7.5 months but have always maintained the stand that I accept the paternity of the child and also have filed an affidivat in the court to this effect, she also have agreed in her petition that i have agreed for paternity but still want to go for DNA test that was awarded by the court.
I didnt contest the order and went for DNA and the results came positive.
Now, the earlier lawyers have not submitted any documentary evidence to the court of law establishing the esstopel principle of her intentionally wrong declaration in the hospital records, engineered the hospital records and the mental agony that i had to go through, I have the copies of FIR, hospital records, her self letter seeking divorce and etc, that has not been provided to teh court of law.
And now the case is posted for cross examination and I feel I should represent my own case in the Principle Judge District Court
so when I go for the next date, what procedure is required to request the court to permit me to defend my own case as PRO Se

Rajeev Sir, thanks and since the documents that i have / collected and provided to my lawyer was not submitted such as
Hospital records were engineered and provided with distorted information about me
fraudulence design for marriage proposal as she said she is a medical graduate, she didnt complete the course till 2004, but in the wedding invitation she printed as is she is a graduate
she threaten me with local rowdies and goondas, for which I filed a police compliant
she went to complain to the church council with false information
she approached the police to file a false case of dowry for 50,000 rupees, but the DSP an upright officer understood the design after enquiry and directed her not to file such false complaints, however i approached the Hon'ble HC Chennai for anticipatory bail but the police said there is no case and only the petition was pending that too was closed
she has hired local rowdies to harm me for which i sought police protection. FIR was also made
due to the mental agony and threat to life, i could not attend to my office and was dismissed from my government service

You move an application on the next date of hearing praying to allow yourself to contest your case individually. Court shall allow it and then proceed ahead as desired.
