City survey extract

pl tell me what does it mean by TENURE in City Survey Extract. and what are the types of it with meaning of each type. Eg. 'A' 'C' 'R' 'G' etc....

1)Property card /7-12Extract/City Survey Extract- It is a revenue document of ownership mainly for agricultural and rural lands issued by the Talathi of the respective village in which property falls. It contains name of owner, description of property i.e. Survey No. & Hissa No.; Area of plot and Mutation entry Nos., of any encumbrances by way of loan, charge, protected tenant etc. and tenure of land.
2)Land tenure is the relationship, whether legally or customarily defined, among people, as individuals or groups, with respect to land.

Expert : Ganesh Chavan has well explained
and record 7/12 is maintained in maharashtra state which in UP is called KHATAUNI.

Dear sir/s, i am not fully satisfied with above answers, actually i wanted to know about the meaning of the types of tenure which mentioned in extract like A, C, G or R
