Maximum time limit to get reocrds from cell tower?

Dear Fourm,

With the help of the competent authourity [POLICE/COURT],
what is the Maximum Time limit to file CrPC 91 for getting records from Cell Towers?

Please enlighten me.

No specific time limit is prescribed therein but it should be got produced within the time mentioned in the notice itself.

and

sorry,
small clarifications need to be given,

allegations made by the complainant about cell phone conversations crossed more than 6 months @ time of giving complaint,
and now it is more than two years.

now the accused-victim wants to fight over to file CrPc 91 thru competent authourity.

In this connextion is it possible?
