Kind of possession

Dear friend, please reply in detail.
1. What is the difference between permissive possession and owenership possession?
2. In which category, lisencee's possession comes.
3. In case one's file a suit of recovery of possession, what is the court fees and why in the following matter:
a. Recovery of possession from licenssee.
b. Recovery of possession from holder of permissive possession.
c. Recovery of possession from holder of owenership possession.

Dear N. K. Sarin,

1. The possession which is held in the owner under any title deeds or ( any succession Law)and he has the right to use, enjoy, sell and other rights held upon him. but in Pemissive possession the holder has only right to use and enjoy and other rights are restricted under which he acquired the possession from licence.

2. Lisencee's possession comes under permissive possession.

3. every states have different court fees please completely go thorugh the your state act in this regard.

Its o.k. that every state has different court fees. My query is related to Uttar pradesh. But reply is incomplete regarding 3rd para of my query .My query is still open.
