Shop & establishment in residential place

Hello,

I am providing consultancy online regarding GPS software and devices. Also act as a reseller for the software and devices. What are the legalities and the formalities to be fulfiled in order to successfully register the name. I will be using my residence for said purpose.
kindly guide whether i can register?

Have a Gumsta License under Shop Act. for software purposes have a license from the concerned software company as reseller or you may be booked for piracy . be aware

You can use your residence as long as other neighbors does not object.

Consult a tax and labour consultant, he will help you in completing the formalities.

Thank you for your guidance. Basically I myself have provided all required documents to the Shop & Establishment. Only my concern is that what all the things needed to be shown to the inspector who will be inspecting the office space (which in my case is my residence)?

For example: 1) Some specific size display board is required with Registered name 2) some letter heads required and so on...

So what more things will be required to get the registration done without bribing them.
