Bigamy

i was married in 2008 in arya samaj mandir with a man from chennai whom i met on matrimaonial site.
in november 2010 he married to someone else in his native town in the pressense of nearly 500 people. we have a 6 months old son. i stay with my parents and he stays with his mom and second wife.
i dont have any proofs of his second marriage but have one photo of his reception.
kindly let me know what should i do and how can i take the rights of my son

You can file criminal cases under section 498A/406/494/420 IPC, Under section 12 of Prevention of woman from domestic violence act, 2005, maintenance petition for you as well for your child under section 125 Cr. PC from your native place.
