I want to know legle provision against a person of upper cast abuse my cast

Lodge an FIR in the nearest police station. Police may charge he person under SC/ST Act. But on inquiry there should be two independent witnesses of who are witness to abuse you.

first of all to which cast u r belonging, only on the basis of the abuse by the upper cast is not sufficient. If u r belongs to SC/ST u will have to file a complaint under sc/St Act before the police

you confirm that first your caste, mali, is in the list of SC/ST castes list?

then his caste is upper caste?

then only you can file a complaint to the police and thereafter the proceedings will be initiated as per SC/ST Act provisions.

otherwise, if you are not SC or ST, you can not initiate the SC/ST Act.
