while filing mutual consent petition ,is it mandatory to file application of custodian of child , if yes under which provision i have to file that application , otherwise mentioning all fact in 13b application is enough ?

The mutual divorce petition can contain any terms and conditions which touches the life, economy and child of the parties.

Before filing outc divorce if you decide about the custody of the children mean its no need to file a separate petition. You may stated about in your affidavit thats enough..

sir,
as you said minimum waiting period is 6 month , sometimes as i seen , if husband or wife files a divorce petition , of one received the summons other party appear before the court , than court will immeidiately refer the case before mediator , if case settled case will be over with in the waiting period . is it right ?
