Sir,
My name is Rohit Gupta.It is a case of my father they have a mental problem get work in BSNL some year before he retired from his post due to insufficient work position. Sir, my grandfather has three son and a daughter and my father is the eldest son of my grandfather, has a house of their ancestral .at the time of his will he named the property to two sons IInd son and IIIrd son they gave nothing to my fatherand it is not known that they ever write his will or not. After my grandfather's death we get the information about the will. So i can file a suit against my uncles' for wrong statement because my grandfather is a doctor and in the will their sign is not appeared only their thumb impression shown on the will. And out of ancestral property my grndfather nothing named to my father. are there is any ground to file a suit or any act or sections we can refer ..........
