Dear Experts,
I need to send legal notice to my ex employer because they have not cleared my dues despite of many reminders.
kindly suggest how much legal notice sending will cost me and what all documents i will be needing to support my notice?
Pls do reply.Its very urgent.

Better to file case in court instud of wasting time in giving legal notices.

The company's corporate office where I was working is in Gandhinagar (Gujrat)and presently i am working in Goa & basicly i am from Delhi.So my concern is in which state i can file the case,if i'll make up my mind to file it.

No. Filing case without issuing notice to your employer can not be proper way. So issue notice to your employer. There no need to enclose any documents. Then cost its will be various between advocates.
