Good evening experts. In a divorce case can wife claim maintenance when
(i)she's earning little more than husband.
(ii)what documents should be called for by husband to prove this in court.

No if the wife is having a upper hand over the husband she cannot claim maintenance in the divorce petition. But if she is having child with her she can claim on behalf of child.
you have to produce documents pertaining to her salary that she is having more income.
