validity of stamp paper

A will executed in Dec'2006 is executed on a stamp paper purchased on May'2003 by the testator.Is there any time limit of stamp paper.

Yes,there is,but a will does not require stamp duty,then if the will is good and valid otherwise ,it shall not be impeachable on this ground alone.

A Will does not require any Stamp paper. So validity is not the factor here.
