Dear Experts,
Central act 2005 comes in to force the daughter have property share on the karnataka amended act 1994 or not, then only they have provision on the central act, what about the karnataka act 1994. After central act 2005 comes in to force karnataka act 1994 will closed or not. If it is still on the force, why all experts will advise only about central act.
For Example:- Daughter file the suit for partition about karnataka amended act 1994 before central act will not in force, what is the Decision of Honerable court.
Please suggest

Dear Experts,
Between 2004 -2005 before death of my father i was file the suit for partition, and for my share in the proeprty, my father passed away in 2005.My case is still going on about karnataka amendment act 1994.I have four sister and one brother.What is my share in total proeprty.
Please suggest me.
