what is present rule for ULC?
If agriculture land sale before jan 1976 is ULC applicable?

The ULC Act has been abolished. If any land has been declared as surplus and possession of the land is not yet taken by Govt. you can claim it back. But if it has already been taken in possession, you will not get it. you can not reopen the proceeding right now on the ground that there was some sale prior to 1976.

land sold in jan 1976, buyer have done land demarcation in various part and sale to different Buyer and form societies . But still on property card there is no name of Buyer. Can we add our name on property card in this case(we sold land in 1976 of 32g in Mumbai)?
