can one file photocopies as secondary evidences without citing any reason for doing so.
can notary attest copies of personal letters written by a person to someone.

you can put the letters to that person who scribed them and in that case you will get that documents exhibited and if the person denies that than you can file an application for the hand writing expert and you can prove the writing of the scriber. and you can also file an application for the permission to submit the photocopies of the letters as the original are lying with that person
