BE CAREFUL AS DEFAMATION CASE MAY BE FILED BY CONCERNED PERSONS AGAINST BANK.

IT IS ADVISIBLE THAT YOU MAY KINDLY SEND EXACT DETAILS . YOU MAY ISSUE NOTICE TO THE SAID PERSON DEMANDING DUES AND CAN PUBLISH THE SAME IN NEWS PAPERS CAN BE TREATED AS SERVICE OF NOTICE. JUST LIKE SECURITISATION ACT NOTICE. REGARDS .GOOD LUCK.
YOU MAY WRITE AND SEND DETAILS FOR ANY FURTHER HELP.

I think there is nothing wrong if names are published in the form of notice. Normally banks do so when the borrowers are not found at the address given by them in loan papers.
