Partition

Sir,
I am a Muslim
I alongwith my three married sisters, residing at our residence, but my parents says that we are going to sell the house (property is in my mother's name purchase by my father)they didn't give any share even one room in that house, how can I resist such case because I have no other alternative, can I file for partition against my parents for getting my share or what?
please suggest.

When it is in the name of your mother you cannot claim any share in that house.

If they want to give a share to you in the property, otherwise you cannot claim it as a right of partition.

Yes. I agree with above experts.. While being its your father's self acquired property in the name of your mother you can't claim any share untill their wish to allot anything to you..
