your questions are going to the basic root of a civil court and it's procedural things. An advocate has only got knowledge of these things and the ordinary layman has no such necessity to know. Moreover if you have such queries relating to the actual problem if you are facing in these things you can ask straight and clear or your advocate to him, you are paying legal fees for rendering service on consultation.

You are repeatedly in the habit of wasting the time of the experts here.

After so many months I have seen no effort on you to learn from your books.

Dear Anonymous,
I understand that you are a layman.
Please first tell, in what circumstances and in regard to which case you want to know all these details?
More over, in what way you are interested in knowing these details? Have you got any case in particular or you want to know simply for your knowledge purpose?
