If out of GPA, will and receipt of one party to chain of property the will and receipt prove to be forged while GPA is valid, how does it affect the validity of case? Is the ownership right affected and can the case be dismissed or registered GPA is sufficient evidence to prove the ownership of party. No death certificates of the party has been produced.

Dear Mr. Rajesh, could u please set out the facts clearly on the following: Whether the proeprty has been sold by the GPA holder before the death of the person giving the GPA? If not the GPA would lapse on the death of the person and cannot be acted upon. Also pl explain the contents of the will / receipt, which u say are forged. Further whether any consideration has been received by the deceased from the GPA holder for the properties in question? If he had received consideration then the POA would be irrevocable and can be acted upon even after death of the person giving the GPA.
