Can You plz tell me if a person makes the settelement of his credit card and PL dues,

Would his name be remived from the cibil and how much time would it take?

If you makes the settlement, (i.e.) you have arrived a compromise lesser than the original due, under this circumstances, the bank will give a report to CIBIL, the matter is settled.

So, your credit rating will be less, while applying to another loan.
