Status quo Means

Keep as it is.

In Civil Suit for Possession, Eviction, or any dispute, a Ad interim Orders are passed, if Court believe, the opposite Party may damage, sell or transfer the property, and the damages are irrevocable, the Court Grant Status Quo, on Filing Civil Suit, pending hearing on Ex-5, that is Stay Order.


So this is a temporary relief s soon as the Civil suit is filed, and Notices are served to Defendants, It also get vacated on fling WS. and Application to do so.
