There is no process of admission & dismissal of any suit in lower court ? am i right or wrong ? so admission & dismissal is applied in high court & SC only . if yes than admission & dismissal is applicable to the court below the HC & SC in any civil & criminal cases right or wrong ?

you are wrong. how can you say that there is no process of admission & dismissal of suit in lower court? When a suit is filed, every court has to report about court fee, jurisdiction, limitation etc. and if court found all the things proper then it is ordered to put number on the plaint.

(As indicated hereinbefore, the factual issue involved in this appeal revolved round as to whether Exhibit A1 was obtained by applying force or undue influence upon the appellant. )
Query : we know that exhibit series if it is in alphabetical order A,B,C, than the exhibit documents is form platinff side but if the exhibit is in number wie eg : exhibit documens 1 ,2, 3 than it is form the defednt sid right ?
But form the above para under bracket which is form the case law it has been given as exhibit A1 so whether it is form plantiff side or defedant side.
is there any law of the above mentioned which says that there should be exhibit series a,b,c etc & exhibit on defedant side 1,2,3 etc.. because CPC, Crpc & Indian Evidence act does say this all things.
