Limitation in arbitration law.

Dear Experts,

In a case of arbitration, biased award is given . The effected person is not willing to accept the ruling.What options he has? Is this award comes under limitation act. If yes, what is limitation time( for enforcing this award?).

The award can be challenged in the court under section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The limitation period is three months.
