In your another question, http://www.lawyersclubindia.com/experts/pvt-non-recognised-school-liable-to-reply-RTI2005-176551.asp, you have mentioned that ur school is an un-recognised one.
As such you need not dis-close any info to any body.

any private body which is recognised by the State, need to be a public authority, comes under RTI Act.

Only recognized schools to supply information on orders from the authorites concerned. If your school is recognized by the ducation authorities, only then your school would fall under the purview of the third party Act in terms of the RTI.
