WHETHER DAUGHER-IN-LAW IS LEGAL HEIR OF HER MOTHER-IN-LAW? IF SO CITE THE RELEVANT JUDGEMENT OF SUPREME COURT.

However if her husband inherits his mother and then dies leaving behind his wife,inn that circumstances the widow inherits her husband property which is actually her mother-in -law's.

I may like to supplement Mr. Barman's reply to the extent that in case the husband dies before her mother-in-law, the daughter-in-law, on behalf of her husband, also becomes one of the legal hiers in the property of her mother-in-law.
