Hi, Kindly tell me registration procedure of co-operative society in UP state.

Also how much time is taken in getting the registration certificate? Is it given instantly on the spot after giving documents?

Resolution for registration, affidavit of office bearers, prescribed fee challan, 2 sets of society bye-laws are required to be presented before registrar who shall depute inspector to verify the contents of resolution and presented documents and on submission of its report, next action of registration shall be made by registrar.
