Dear Contract law experts,
I have a query on conract law. "A" Domestic indian company and "B' Europian parent company of 'A'. 'A' enter in to a contract for supply of material in to an Indian supplier 'C" under singapore contract act as per advice of European parent company. Now due to dispute at later stage whether indian supplier 'C' can go to indian court despite having entered contract with singapore law. Answer is yest under what provision of indian contract act?

According to me since supplies were at India, Indian Court has jurisdiction based upon cause of action unless specifically barred under the agreement by the parties.
