please advise on ex parte rules, on what points judge can order ex parte
2. a false civil case filed in court, where address is wrong, what is law > case can be dismissed. reply submitted, all documented proofs submitted, judge not dismissing,
on submission of false affidavit in court > what rules??
my house in panchkula criminally trespassed - by lock breaking, judge applied IPC 420, droped 211 and 452 etc. not mentioned in orders on what grounds and attached document,

When a summons issued to a person to appear before the court in a civil suit to answer the claim of the plaintiff either personally or thru., an advocate on the date fixed for the appearance. Inspite of receipt of summons by the court if the person remained absent on the date of adjournment for appearance then such person will be placed as ex-parte. Such an ex-parte order can be set aside by the court if a person appearance and files an application.

I am unable to understand what the you want to know even the attachment could not clear the position. So for as procedure of Ex-parte is concerned, Mr. Rajoo is correct and it requires nothing to add.
