can I get extended time for claim to district court for the relief of interim maintenance.

can I get extended period more than 1- month as I am seeking lawyer for the appeal in district court.

Do you mean to say whether ypou could file any appeal beyound the time of 30 days from the date of order? Yes , if the reason the sufficient then the court may condone the delay.
