Proofs of Cruelty for Divorce

Can any expert explain what amounts to prooofs for establishing cruelty on the spouse.

Do narration of incidents of cruelty on mail/sms sent to the spouse who had done cruelty is a valid proof or not.

What else is treated as admissible proof in the court to establish cruelty.

it is a matter of evidence to prove cruelty done. Are you asking for appreciation of proofs with you or you mean to say ask about creating proofs by you?

Yesn t is valid piece of evidence. That apart the deposition of witnesses is another form of proof.

I have emails which i used to send whenever there is such incidence as my spouse use to argue and make noise whenever i try to discuss and resolve the issue so i started sending mails and requested to improve and resolve the issues.

Even in last 8-9 months i have sent more than 50 mails and requeted to resolve the issue and return but there are only 4-5 responses and in one response it is clearly advised to me by the spouse to take divorce and get married again.

Will above form the valid evidence.
