Fake marks in interview

Sir, I was selected in a government PSU company for interview. But I have not finally selected because I have got low marks in interview. I have filed RTI and some cases are pending in CIC. I have got information, some candidates has given more than 90% marks in interview and that candidates main exam marks approximate 60%. All candidates joined before 4 month.
And other illegal matter use by PSU.
1. Second list are not published any source.
2. Selected more candidates from notification site. Etc…
Sir I want to know, what I can do or not do. Sir I want to file case in High court self and I am law final year student, can I do or not do. Please provide me help, filling processes of high court and format of filling.

you can file a case at high court and plead your case in person.
visit the concerned high court and from the registrar office ,you will get guidance for the same.

Yes, in case, you have proofs, you can file writ.

It is very easy to present the case in the court as party in person, but, it is very difficult to file the case as per the procedures. So, engage a local advocate clerk for this.

Yes u can file a case and challenge selection and even possibly you may get whole selection process cancelled.But will you get selection?If you have got say 60% marks in interview how will you prove that you are derving 80 or 90% marks in interview.Suppose you are successful in writ then the whole process ofselection will start denovo and are you sure you will suceed in getting job?My suggestion is going to highcourt will be futile exercise for you and it will not benefit you.By that some officer of that psu may be sacked but will that benefit you?
