stamp duty exemption

sir,
I want to take loan under KVIC scheme ,how can i take exemption for stamp duty ,

another question is ,land is in my name i want ot take loan on my mother name , what should i do ?

You can make an enquiry in the KVIC office there is schemes.
If you want to take a loan in your mother's name you will have to offer your property as a security to the said loan.

Stamp Duty Exemption is the subject matter of Local Govt with conditions for exemptions under Stamp aCt - the KVIC Scheme loan conditions to be complied for loan in your name or mother's name - The information and particulars will be furnished to you by the Credit Agency/office / Bank under the Loan Scheme !
