Legal heir certificate

X - a Muslim died leaving his son y.

Y applied for legal heir certificate and obtained the same.

Z - a Hindu female happened to be a companion of X, obtained a legal heir certificate as if she is the wife of Late X and Y is her son.

now Z approached bank in which X had fixed deposits, for getting nominee status.

What is the remedy available for Y?

Y can file a suit for declaration against Z, that he is the sole legal heir of X.

Can the legal heir certificate can be challenged by way of Writ?
