can legal heir can release their rights from fathers property

we are four brothers my father had made a will still we have not probate the will the same now our two brothers want to relase their rights in one of property whether release deed is vaild or not and also whether we can registered it or not today by reference of will . they are signing on stamp paper of rs 200/- whether it can vailld without registered.

Yes. It can be done. Registration is compulsory. If not registered,it will be invalid.

i want to know whether release deed can be registered later on if brothers are signing the release deed on rs200/- papers with their wife witness todays because father will is not probate and subregistrar is not accepting document repling that after the mutation entries in the record to be done then only document can be registered .

No only the registered release deed is valid . The other deed you are talking about has no value.
