sir.
i have perchased used 2 wheeler , i have collected all the documents and and siganture over forms ,now how to change my name in documents ,and how much time it will takes, how about the fees structure, shouled i fone this from any agents or i can i do this

You can complete the formalities. You must have also obtained clearance certificate from the seller pertaining to taxation department/excise, MV registration authorities, Police authorities, Traffic police etc and should also have obtained his affidavit.

Now put all the documents with requisite fee to the motor vehicle registering authority of your area which shall get it done within 1 day or 2. Expenses vary from State to State.
