TWO driving licence in a claim case

I am representing owner of offending vehicle in a claim petition,now there is some dispute in between driver and owner and driver is threatning the owner (my client)that in claim case and criminal case us 304 A IPC he will submit a fake/invalid driving licence to fix the claim liability upon owner instead of insurance co.Owner is in possession of copy of original DL of driver,Copy of the original DL was submit to Insurance co. by driver for getting claim on account of damages of vehicle of my client.Now case is fixed for summoning,driver is adament,i am going to submit copies of all documents like RC/Ins/Fitness etc,driver must engaged another counsel,what i have to do in given circumstances,what will be impact on case if owner as well as driver both produced different-2 DL in the court.Kindly advice.Regards

No problem for your client if the DL of the driver is genuine. This can be easily cross-checked from the licensing Dept.

A fake driving license can be easily disproved.
