ONE OF THE CO-PARCENER OF THE ANCESTRAL PROPERTY SOLD THE SHARE OF HIS BROTHER AND DIED.SHALL THE SALE BIND THE LEGAL HEIRS OF THE DECEASED

NO sir, Unless he is a kartha or manager of the HUF and the sale was for the benefit of the family. But again how could he sell the share of his brother alone?
