land encrochment

My clients ancestral property has been encroached by some persons and now i have to get my clients property back
they have also constructed a house in it

suggest me what should i do

You need to file a declaration suit and get the encroacher evicted. You must have sufficient documents to prove that you are the owner of that property by inheritance.

yes sir i have relavant mother document to prove my title
but he has contructed a house what about that status of house

You have to prove that you are the legal heir entitled to the said property and then evict the encroachers after the declaration of title in your favour. The encroachers don't have any right to anything. No compensation will be awarded to the encroachers.

You have to file the suit for eviction soon in which you can get injunction for further construction.

Give a letter to Tahasildar to identify and demarcate your property and if you are not satisfied with the result you can approach civil Court for the same.
